Rodacciai supplies customers in a multitude of markets. The productive requirement needs of these companies caused an extreme diversification of demand, against a common specific request: high quality supplies.
For this reason, Rodacciai had to demonstrate to its customers that it operates with transparent methods and unequivocal processes, to guarantee products with high quality, constant and repeatable.
In order to guarantee the quality of its own processes, Rodacciai in 1990 obtained the Certification of IGQ (Istituto Italiano di Garanzia della Quality), member of CISQ (Certifi- cazione Italiana dei Sistemi Quality delle Aziende), which is acknowledged by I.Q.Net (International Quality Network).
This certification, extended to all operations, including every Italian peripheral warehouse, attests that the entire company works in total conformance to ISO 9000 quality system standards.
